What is covered
These terms cover the Hermes pages, use of Lite, and the current direct digital purchase path for Core.
You receive a use license
Unless a delivered file states otherwise, you receive a license to use the product, not a transfer of intellectual property.
Go-live judgement remains yours
Testing, backup, rollback, and production activation decisions remain with the buyer.
