可能可退

重复扣款、未交付、实质性缺失

购买后 30 天内,若重复扣款、合理排查后仍未交付,或交付文件有实质性缺失且无法合理补救,退款申请可能被批准。

通常不退

改主意或期待错位

如果产品已正常交付,而退款原因只是改变主意、未读说明,或把聚焦产品当成完整安全解决方案购买,通常不适用退款。

May qualify

Duplicate charge, non-delivery, or material incompleteness

Within 30 days of purchase, a refund may be approved for duplicate charges, non-delivery after reasonable troubleshooting, or materially incomplete delivery files that cannot be remedied in a reasonable time.

Usually not refundable

Change of mind or expectation mismatch

If the product was delivered and the issue is simply a change of mind, not reading the instructions, or expecting a focused product to be a full security solution, the request usually will not qualify.
