Within 30 days of purchase, a refund may be approved for duplicate charges, non-delivery after reasonable troubleshooting, or materially incomplete delivery files that cannot be remedied in a reasonable time.
If the product was delivered and the issue is simply a change of mind, not reading the instructions, or expecting a focused product to be a full security solution, the request usually will not qualify.
