The site, the runtime, and support data are not the same thing
别把这三者混成一句“零数据”。网站访问、产品本地运行、以及你主动发送给支持的信息，本来就是不同的边界。
Do not flatten these into one slogan. Website access, local runtime behavior, and information you choose to send support are three separate boundaries.
本地执行，不默认回传
Lite 是只读本地审计。Core 在本地做计划、备份、执行和回滚，不默认把配置、日志或密钥发出环境。
你主动发送的信息
如果你邮件联系支持、提交付款凭据或描述问题，你提供的信息只用于交付、支持、基础财务留档和防欺诈核对。
Static pages, no profiling stack
The Hermes pages are not built around ad profiling, cross-site tracking, or behavior analytics. Normal server logs may still capture basic request metadata.
Local execution, no default phone-home path
Lite is local read-only audit. Core performs plan, backup, apply, and restore locally without a default export path for configuration, logs, or secrets.
Information you choose to send
If you email support, send payment proof, or describe an issue, that information is used only for delivery, support, basic financial records, and fraud checks.

How long information may be kept
只保留为交付、争议处理、会计义务和合理防欺诈所必需的范围。
Retention should stay tied to delivery, dispute handling, accounting obligations, and reasonable fraud prevention.
支持与订单邮件不会被拿去做广告画像。
产品运行时默认不做遥测采集。
付款或交付纠纷所需记录可能在合理期间内保留。
