在购买后 30 天内,如出现重复扣款、已付款但未完成交付且在合理协助后仍无法补交、或交付文件存在实质性缺失并且无法在合理时间内补救,退款申请可能被批准。
Within 30 days of purchase, a refund request may be approved for duplicate charges, paid orders that were never delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or materially incomplete delivery files that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.

If the product was delivered normally, and the reason is a change of mind, no longer needing it, not reading the instructions, or expecting a focused toolkit to behave like a complete security solution, those cases are usually not refundable.
