How we handle website, order, and support information
这个页面区分三件事：网站本身、M78Armor 产品运行时、以及你主动发来的订单或支持信息。不要把这三者混成一句“零数据”。
This page separates three things: the website itself, M78Armor product runtime behavior, and the order or support information you choose to send us. They should not be collapsed into one vague claim.
Static pages, no behavior tracking
The current static pages are not built around advertising profiles, cross-site tracking, or behavioral analytics cookies. Normal server logs may still record basic technical request data such as time, IP address, requested path, and user-agent.
产品本地运行，不向外回传
免费检查清单不收集运行数据。m78setup.sh 不是遥测工具。m78armor security configuration check 是只读本地审计。M78Armor Core 在本地执行修正、备份、回滚和留档，不把配置、日志或密钥传输出本地环境。
Products run locally and do not phone home
The Free Checklist does not collect runtime data. m78setup.sh is not a telemetry tool. m78armor security configuration check is local read-only audit. M78Armor Core performs local remediation, backup, rollback, and documentation without exporting configuration, logs, or secrets from the local environment.
你主动发送的信息
如果你通过邮件联系支持、提交支付证明、询问退款、确认交付或请求帮助，你可能会主动提供姓名、邮箱、付款信息片段、问题描述或附件。我们只会把这些信息用于交付、支持、基本财务留档与防欺诈核对。
Information you choose to send us
If you contact support by email, send payment proof, ask for a refund, confirm delivery, or request help, you may choose to provide your name, email address, partial payment details, issue descriptions, or attachments. We use that information only for delivery, support, basic financial recordkeeping, and fraud checks.
按目的最小保留
支持邮件、订单确认与基础财务记录只在完成交付、处理争议、满足会计与合规义务所需的期间内保留。超过该目的后，应删除、归档或最小化处理。
Minimum retention by purpose
Support emails, order confirmations, and basic financial records are retained only for the period needed to complete delivery, resolve disputes, and satisfy accounting or compliance obligations. After that purpose ends, they should be deleted, archived, or minimized.

Is the website completely log-free?+
That would be too absolute. The static site is not built for behavioral tracking, but normal hosting and security operations may still generate basic server logs.

What happens if I email support?+
The information you choose to send, such as email content, attachments, partial payment proof, and problem descriptions, is used for delivery, support, refund handling, and necessary financial records.
